"What does the sea bring us today?" This is the question that women asked their husbands when they came from "fishing" at sea all night. Depending on what "the sea gave them", they made some stews or others. we'll go to the fishing port and there we will know the whole process of sin from how they capture it until it reaches the table, being us the ones who take care of choosing between everything there is, what we are going to cook that night. We will move to one of the best restaurants of the municipality where we will have the kitchen exclusively for us.

Marine route in the port of La Vila Joiosa

We will start with a visit to the fishing port of La Vila Joiosa, one of the main ports of the Valencian Community, to see from the beginning, the whole process from how it is fished to how it is cooked.

Buying fresh fish at auction

We will enter the market to attend a real fish auction and we will buy the fish and shellfish we need to prepare dinner.

Cooking workshop

After buying the fish, we will go to a renowned restaurant in the municipality where the chef will be waiting for us to see "what the sea has brought us".

In a closed kitchen for us, the chef will explain to us step by step how we have to cook what we have brought while we are the ones preparing dinner.

Appetizer and dinner

By the end we will have dinner it what let's have prepared along with some signature tapas with km0 products that the restaurant will have prepared for us.
