La Mata Natural Park is larger than the municipality to which it belongs and in all this immense territory there is a small part where unique vineyards in the world are still being cultivated.

Of limited and exclusive wines , you will be able to discover from the hand of our guides, its history, the importance it had in Spain and of course, taste it together with local and artisan products.

Guided Tour

We will visit the vineyards of the area. We will make a brief stop to see the canal of La Acequión.

The route will be approximately 800m2.

Bird Watching

The Natural Park has a wonderful beauty that does not go unnoticed, so we will make a brief stop to see resident and migratory species such as flamingos.

Wine Tasting

We will taste 3 DO Alicante wines, one of which will come from the vineyards of the Natural Park that we have previously visited. Limited production and artisanal production.

Pairing

We will learn how to correctly pair the wines that we have tasted with artisanal and local products such as:

- 2 lids.

- 2 extra virgin olive oils from the area.

- 2 homemade cheeses.

We did the Wine Route tasting tour recently and it was a really fun enjoyable experience.   Our guide Kate did a great job, she is friendly and engaging with a clear passion for this particular area.   Kate along with Juan and Beatriz who joined in during the wine tasting part of the tour, are all very nice people and professional in their work.  Highly recommend this tour.
