Cancellation policy:
Tabarcas Dreams Sl (hereinafter, Tours Costa Blanca) reserves the right to cancel a tour for reasons beyond our control, such as lack of reservations, extreme weather conditions, changes or cancellation of event programs, etc. If this situation occurs, Tour Costa Blanca will refund 100% of the money paid or offer credit for future trips, except in the case of concert tickets / tickets. In this case, we reserve the right not to offer a refund of the ticket price when the tickets are not refundable by the suppliers. By accepting these terms and conditions, you exempt the company indicated above from any claim or complaint in this regard.
General Cancellation:
1. Free cancellation if you cancel before 48 hours a day of enjoying the contracted activity for reasons of force majeure such as serious illnesses, covid -19 etc. (only with medical certificate).
The amount deposited as a reservation will not be refunded for any other concept or in another period.
2. In the case of transportation included in the service: failure to show up at the specified point and time to enjoy the reserved activity or to the starting point, the means of transportation will not wait. The user will not be entitled to reimbursement of the amounts previously paid for this purpose for the contracted service. (Keep in mind that the buses/boats may have occasional delays, the pick-up times are indicative and not contractual)
3. The collections can sometimes be somewhat late compared to the scheduled time, in this case no compensation will be made, since the schedule of the visits will not be affected. This also does not exempt the user from waiting at the indicated point.
4. In the case of boat rental or accommodation, it will be necessary to present the valid DNI/NIE or passport to carry out the contract, otherwise the excursion will not be possible.
Security:
The website uses information security techniques generally accepted in the industry, such as firewalls, access control procedures and cryptographic mechanisms, all in order to prevent unauthorized access to data. To achieve these purposes, the user/client accepts that the provider obtain data for the purpose of the corresponding authentication of access controls.
