Lately we are used to finding everything we need to feed ourselves in the supermarket, however, until very recently, EVERYTHING proceeded of the Mother Earth and EVERYTHING was returned to it in a circular, ecological and sustainable movement.
We take you on a journey through time, in the middle of nature where the main element is the earth. Citrus, goats, trees and C02.
We will learn the whole process and end with a tasting organic citrus, homemade cheeses and local wine.
